Leonard Cohen - Ten New Songs

On this long-awaited album — nine years after Leonard Cohen’s studio album The Future – Cohen works with his longtime collaborator Sharon Robinson. Co-written by Cohen and Robinson, the latter also produced Ten New Songs, the bard’s aptly named 10th studio album. While Robinson’s subtly minimalist instrumentation and soft background vocals create a sympathetic landscape, it’s still Cohen’s showcase for his signature deep vocals.
