Shipping Policy
1. Products purchased on the Website can be delivered across India. Estimated shipping times vary by location and are broadly: (i) Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–6 business days; (ii) Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–10 business days; and (iv) Rest of India: 6–10 business days
2. Orders are prepped and packed within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, Users will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 3 days for the tracking to update.
3. Users are required to confirm their shipping address prior to any order. Sony is not responsible for delays, wrong deliveries or wrong packages due to the provision of an incorrect address.
