Exchange and Refund Policy
1. Exchange
a. Users can exchange any Product within 2 day of receipt if: (i) there is a defect in the Product; or (ii) Users request a size change.
b. For any exchange requests, Users must contact customercare@stampeight.com. We reserve the right to accept or reject the request based on the conditions stated in this policy.
c. To be eligible for exchange, the Product must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
d. For size changes, Users will not be charged any type of exchange fee.
e. Exchanges are allowed only once for size issues. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
f. If an exchange is accepted we will initiate the return request. The exchange product will we shipped only after we receive the product at our warehouse and confirm.
2. Refunds
a. Refunds are offered if: (i) A product is defective and a replacement is not available; or (ii) a size exchange is requested but the size is out of stock.
b. Refunds are issued as store credit.
c. Once your return is received and inspected, Users will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days.
d. Please contact customercare@stampeight.com for any queries around refunds.
e. No refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed for: (i) Products on sale; and (ii) gift cards.
