Leonard Cohen - You Want It Darker

Leonard Cohen's fourteenth studio album, released October 21, 2016 on Columbia Records, just 17 days before his death. Produced by his son Adam Cohen and recorded largely at Cohen's home in Los Angeles, the album finds the legendary songwriter and poet in a contemplative, valedictory mood. It features the title track 'You Want It Darker' (winner of the Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance, 2018), 'Treaty', 'Leaving the Table' and 'String Reprise/Treaty', and includes contributions from the cantor and choir of Montreal's Shaar Hashomayim Synagogue.
